Dreamwell - Dreamwell's next play will be the Pillowman by Martin McDonagh. Dreamwell's website describes it as a "viciously funny and seriously disturbing tale of a writer in an unnamed totalitarian state who is interrogated about the gruesome content of his short stories and their similarities to a number of child-murders occurring in his town." The play received the 2004 Olivier Award for Best New Play and the 2004-05 New York Drama Critics' Circle Award for Best New Foreign Play. It was nominated for six Tony Awards in 2005, including Best Play, and won two technical awards. The show opens September 26th at the Unitarian Society space. Go here for more information.
