Child actors needed for Richard III

Riverside - Riverside Theatre is holding auditions for the speaking roles of the two young sons of King Edward in the Shakespeare Festival production of Richard III this summer. The actors should be able to play between 9-13 years old, and have strong voices. Auditions will be held on Tuesday, March 24 between 4 and 5 pm. The actors must be available for selected rehearsals beginning May 12; the production opens June 19 for 10 performances, closing July 10. Actors should prepare a brief poem, and bring a recent photo. They will also be asked to read from the script; a copy of the scene can be picked up at the box office. The production is directed by Kristin Horton.
