Coralville - Young Footliters is looking for children and teens for this summer's production of the musical The Wizard of Oz, directed by Krista Neumann. Performances will be July 25-27.
Auditions will be Saturday, May 17 from 9am-1pm and Sunday, May 18 from noon until 3:30pm at the Coralville Public Library. Children entering first grade this fall through teenagers graduating high school this spring are welcome to audition.
Those auditioning should prepare 16 bars of a song and bring sheet music. Singing something from The Wizard of Oz is encouraged but not required. Auditioners will be asked to dance and may be asked to do a reading.
