Dollar Dog Reading of Housebroken

Iowa City – On Sunday, September 14 at 6:30pm Megan Gogerty will read the first act of her new solo show, Housebroken. This is the first reading in this season’s Dollar Dog Reading Series, a collaborative effort between Riverside Theatre and Working Group Theatre to publicly share scripts early in the development process.

Price: $1 or $2 depending on the flip of a coin in the lobby; no reservations necessary

About the Script

Housebroken gleefully skewers the hilarity and heartbreak of buying and selling a house in today’s rocky economy. The offers, the counter-offers, the closings that don’t close, the granite countertops and the cracked foundations cause Megan to question the truth of the American Dream.

Riverside Theatre will produce the show as a full production, onstage April 10 – 26, 2015.
