Elves and the Shoemaker opens Saturday

Old Creamery – The Old Creamery Theatre for Young Audiences will bring The Elves and the Shoemaker to life Saturday, December 6, 13 and 20, at 11:30 a.m. on the Main Stage in Amana. The heart-warming tale focuses on the joys of the season and the spirit of giving, making it a perfect holiday outing for the entire family.

This professional production brings together two mischievous sprites, a kindly shoemaker, a handful of boisterous puppets, and a grumpy landlady in a funny and magical retelling of the classic children’s story. Directed by Sean McCall, the cast includes: Tom Milligan as Andrew Schumaker; Emily Bodkin as Gertie Gorfaddle; Jackie McCall as Mimsey; and Nicholas Hodge as Morel.
